- Servicing Queensland with some state-wide involvement

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with your regions BSC and CBC branch network ensuring effective promotion of the nominated product and service range.
- Perform root cause analysis and identifying problems and building solutions.
- Deliver product training to staff and customers.
- Deliver documented safety, reliability, and efficiency gains for our clients.
- Complete customer site surveys in conjunction with application and major accounts teams.
- Assist Sales Reps onsite with reliability advice and be the specialist in redesign work.
- Collect vibration data and use it alongside your site work to gain further sale and service opportunities.
- Report monthly on activity and actions.
The Service engineer will be part of a team of 5 with opportunity to collaborate with the wider engineering team nationally for various projects and look forward to opportunities within other areas of the business.
Who are you:
- Mechanical Engineering qualification or currently studying is essential, and formal reliability qualifications.
- Experience in machinery maintenance, particularly in Bearings and Power Transmissions products would be well regarded.
- Strong influencing, planning skills.
- Ability to identify and capture new business opportunities within existing customers.
- High energy, passionate about collaboration with a professional outlook
