The site currently produces around 40 million litres of product every year, operating 6 days a week and employing around 50 people.We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reliability Team leader to join the Engineering and Reliability Team. You will report to the Engineering Reliability Leader and Coach and develop the on-shift Reliability Technicians to deliver reliability improvements to the manufacturing lines and processes, improving efficiency and performance, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality improvements.
