The Team Leader, Administration is a role within the Business Services Unit and is accountable to the Manager, Business Services for:
- Managing the resources and delivery of administrative services including budget management, procurement, information technology, OHS&W, human resources, asset management, fleet management and business support functions.
- Managing the administration team and providing effective leadership.
- Establishing, managing and reviewing office administration systems, policies and procedures.
National Police Check required. Employment-related Screening Check required. Some out of hours work may be required.
Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required. Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C). Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation.
Experience with Basware, Chris21 and public sector administrative systems would also be highly desirable. Role Status: Term up to 27/12/2024.

Screening Checks
