About You
Kilmore Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Remedial Project Manager to oversee and manage our Remedial Projects. This role is critical in ensuring the successful completion of projects, aligning with the company's quality standards and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the remedial works or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee all aspects of Remedial Projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
Team Coordination and Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party contractors.
- Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions.
Client Liaison:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during projects.
- Ensure client requirements are met and manage client communication effectively.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.
Quality Control:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
- Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor and report on project financial performance.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive project reports for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
