Job Summary
Our Scientific Communication and Training Department is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Product Specialist, on a full-time basis. An exciting opportunity for a motivated Trainer or experienced senior medical representative to grow this territory & make a real difference to healthcare professionals and educate Pharmacy staff.

The fast-growing Australian subsidiary is expanding its operations at national level and is looking for an astute, motivated, and hard-working Product Specialist to reinforce the Scientific Communication & Training Department.
About the Role
As part of the Scientific Communications Team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing select dermatology clinic accounts, as well as detailing and educating Dermo cosmetics.
You will be based in our HQ in North Sydney – and serve as the key contact for providing information to Dermatologist clinics across the Eastern seaboard of AU (QLD, NSW,VIC). You will collaborate with internal team members to develop strategies that drive sales within external banner groups, achieve company objectives, execute events, and maintain strong working relationships on the Pierre Fabre Skin and Hair Care brands (Primarily, Avene and Klorane). The role entails supporting current accounts with product information, order placing and ongoing communication.
Duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct remote service call frequency to select Clinic’s to Doctors & Nurses
- Promote & provide high quality information of products being presented with evidence, to Health care providers in line with Australian standards.
- Build rapport and loyalty for our Dermo cosmetic range/s by following, maintaining and expanding assigned clinic account list.
- Conduct face to face training/ skin analysis/ in store activations, 4-5 days per month, at identified clinics or stores within QLD, VIC or NSW (Based of business needs)
- Participate in product training, webinars
- Promote large training events, webinars & e-Learning portal
- Participate in conferences, congress or seminars, when required to promote the Company’s image and products at external events for example: APP, ASM, ADNA etc
- Complete day to day administration duties in line with business needs, pass on all information regarding vigilance, including usage that does not comply with product specifications and the regulations in force
Requirements
- Life Science Degree or Cert IV Qualification in Training & Assessment or two or more years of medical sales, detailing HCP and/or training in a comparable role is recommended
- Experience in selling or training to pharmacy sector will be viewed favourably
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strong customer relationship management skills
- English fluency
- Unencumbered Australian driver’s licence
- Must be able bodied to lift and carry
