As our Scheduler you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our project runs smoothly, appointments with project participants are efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met.Our Scheduler will be responsible for communicating with potential project participants via the phone or email, as well as screening them based on defined criteria, and scheduling them based on their availability. In this role the selected candidate will be representing our team to potential participants and will be the main contact point for questions. The Scheduler will follow-up with participants prior to their appointment, encourage attendance and minimize no-shows.Role Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedule and find replacement participants in case of cancellations
- Validate candidates via phone call according to project requirements.
- Check candidate's availability for the project.
- Answer candidate's questions.
- Provide logistical information.
- Schedule candidates for session times.
- Maintain and update the session schedule days in advance.
- Native in English
- Own computer/laptop to perform the tasks for this role
- Computer skills for tasks such as data entry, report generation, schedule creation and management
- Availability for the entire duration of the project
- Able to meet daily targets
- Great organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills via phone, email and other modes of communication
- Ready to support moderators, project coordinators and managers in achieving the project goals
