Based from our North Sydney office (5 mins from the station), you will be joining a growing team of like minded people who work hard Monday to Friday and celebrate every success.

About the position:
The position will be ideal for someone who gets out of bed with a bang. Doesn’t let anything get in their way and isn’t scared of a rainy day.
It is a role where you are the lynch pin of liaising ensuring everyone is on the same page and we are installing at our maximum efficient capacity.
- Speak with customers and drive constant positive outcomes
- Manage and communicate with our installer network
- Work within and along side our operations team
- Maintain customer relationships during the installation phase
- Work with our partners to constantly drive efficiency across the business
- Manage stock allocations as required
Expectations:
- Provide a high level of service to our customers
- Learn and grow within the role to chase your best everyday
- Respond to customer queries and questions with lightspeed
- Ensure a strong professional open and honest relationship exists with Green.com.au and our customers
- Clearly and quickly identify any problems and assist to find solutions
- Operate within (or exceed 😊) our sales SLA’s and KPI’s
- Provide ad hoc support to the business as required
