Position: Remote Security Officer
Location: Remote work within the Northern Territory
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and security incidents with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct remote surveillance to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises, assets, and personnel.
- Provide timely and accurate incident reports and log all security activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to prevent security breaches.
- Implement security protocols and emergency procedures as required.
- Attend regular training sessions to maintain and enhance security skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A current Northern Territory Security/Crowd Control Licence.
- Proven experience in security operations, particularly in remote or challenging environments.
- Strong proficiency in the use of security technology and systems.
- Excellent observation and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and respond to situations swiftly and effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of physical fitness and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- A strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and awareness
