In this pivotal role, you will drive rewarding experiences and shape the future of this leading international construction company. We are seeking a dynamic Remuneration & Benefits Advisor to join the team and contribute to groundbreaking projects across various sectors.
As the Remuneration & Benefits Advisor, you will support a team of capable professionals and you will:
- Develop and deliver innovative reward solutions, performance initiatives, and policies that align with the latest market practices and business needs.
- Oversee annual performance, bonus, and salary reviews, ensuring efficient execution within budget.
- Work in a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.
- Support the delivery of comprehensive reward solutions and implement initiatives aligned with HR Strategic and annual business plans.
- Conduct specialized analysis, reporting, and provide expert advice on market remuneration practices, retention, and incentive arrangements.
- Provide accurate and timely information and reporting to support decision-making.
- Offer guidance and advice on legislative changes and interpretation of business standards.
- Manage the executive employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Remuneration and Benefits specialist.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analytics and modeling using Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of all aspects of Remuneration and Benefits.
