You will have the opportunity to work on annual performance, bonus and salary reviews within budget.Key responsibilities for this role:
- Support delivery of reward solutions and implement initiatives to support the delivery of the HR Strategic and annual business plans
- Specialized analysis, reporting and advice
- Accurate and timely information and reporting on market remuneration practices, retention and special incentive arrangements
- Guidance and advice for HR on legislative changes and interpretation of business standards
- Executive employee lifecycle management from commencement to separation, including onboarding, remuneration and termination processes
- Remuneration benchmarking for all employees
- Bachelor's degree in area of speciality and at least 3 years' experience as a Remuneration and Benefits specialist
- Highly numerate and analytical, together with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Experienced in data analytics and modelling using Microsoft Excel
- Technical knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Remuneration and Benefits
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Experience in managing benefit programs is desirable but not essential
