Our opportunity

We have a new opportunity for a Remuneration Manager to join our team in Sydney. You will be responsible for managing the operation of Mirvac's remuneration programs and providing advice and coaching to HR and people managers to support their decision making on pay related matters.

Your responsibilities include the management of:

  • Annual Review Process
  • Employee Share Schemes
  • Role evaluation and benchmarking
  • Salary Survey preparation and submissions
  • Employee Benefits as well as supporting the people team
  • Preparation of analysis and reporting to support a variety of information requests

In addition, you will be required to support the Director - Performance, Reward & HR Operations across a variety of other projects supporting the broader HR team as well as preparation of HR Committee papers, the Remuneration Report and related remuneration disclosures.

Your Point of Difference
Extensive experience in Human Resources in a large ASX listed environment with relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal, collaboration, partnering and engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Strong project management capability, excellent numerical skills and data analysis, and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, experience with implementation of technology solutions to address business problems.

Demonstrates the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and plans out work to meet those needs.

Proven capability in problem solving and development of innovative solutions.
