Avis Car & Truck Rental Western Victoria is a family-owned franchise operation of Avis & Budget Australia. We have 10 Avis locations and 3 Budget locations throughout the Western side of Victoria, recently opening two sites in Mildura.
About the role
Avis Car and Truck Rental Mildura requires a motivated Customer Service Representative to work on a part-time or casual basis on weekends, evenings and some weekdays - we have a position available in Mildura.
They are to provide the most exceptional experience in vehicle rental though customer service, an expertise in learning to solve problems, to maintain the current vehicle fleet and to be able to manage the rapid pace environment. They must be flexible in working inside the office and outside cleaning the vehicles.
What does a day look like when you work for us?
Well, we have a saying that no two days are the same and its true. As a Customer Service representative, you will:
- Be front of house greeting customers and processing their rentals.
- Answer the phones and take reservations.
- Prepare and complete customer Rental Agreements to set procedures.
- Ensure all reservations from the reservations email address are attended to, confirmed, and recorded.
- Movement of all vehicles to meet bookings.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained/roadworthy prior to rental.
- Prepare paperwork for local deliveries and advise drop-off and pick up times.
- Follow up on Daily over dues and maintain daily activity of fleet.
- Other tasks as directed and assist managers in production of all other required jobs.
- Cleaning of vehicles.
- Most importantly you will have a lot of fun.
