The Role
We are on the search for a Sales Consultant with a unique skillset, both phone based and face to face sales experience to service our growing customer base. This role will see you servicing customers predominately in Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and Geelong.
A genuine passion for real estate is required and the ability to drive within Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
Core Responsibilities -
- Customer contact via phone and face to face
- Business development (B2B) calls/meeting with real estate agents
- Pipeline management
- Preparing appraisals and research of the market
- The usual requirements - KPI’s, CRM usage, managing relationships and most importantly the ability to convert opportunities to sales.
About You –
- Experience in a phone based and face to face sales role.
- Outstanding communicator – both written and verbal.
- Previous CRM experience – Hubspot would be a bonus!
- Current D/L and reliable vehicle (car allowance paid)
- Ability to work autonomously whilst maintaining company standards.
