Job Description:
Are you an experienced Field Manager or Repairs Technician looking to further your skills to a Managerial level at our head office located at Southport – Gold Coast.
We are looking for an experienced Repairs Field Manager to assist the Service Department in making sure all assets are repaired and safe to operate in a timely manner.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Current Drivers Licence
High communication skills
Electrical Licence
Customer focus
Working with systems
Basic finance acumen
Successful candidate will be required to do:
Complete major repairs, corrective works, defects rectification
Managing the team of repair technicians to carrying out chargeable and not chargeable repairs
Adhere to systems, processes, scheduling, training, and regulatory/compliance requirements
Ensure safety and regulatory requirements are met throughout
Exceeding customer expectations with a high level of communication
Monitor the work environment effectively
