An exciting opportunity to work within a sought-after government department, with a competitive rate and long contract length with potential to extend!
Your Role:
Your role as the Reporting Analyst is responsible for analysing student management systems, product and service delivery data, business performance reports, dashboards, data requests, and decision making and measure progress.
Your Duties and Background:
You will assess corporate, regulatory and business performance reporting requirements for management systems and develop and implement a reporting framework
You will produce and customise reports and analysis
You will establish business operations data sets, service targets and benchmarks
You will engage with stakeholders, including Governance, Legal and Risk, Strategy and Policy, Finance and Procurement
You will work with other teams to optimise data capture and analysis, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and to track, measure and report operations and service delivery performance
You will provide advice, develop and apply methods to gain data, analyse, report on and assist measure, track and evaluate a range of operations and specific purpose activities
You will develop, select, and apply techniques to measure the efficiency of student operations applications
You will develop and implement processes to track, measure and report on benefits realisation targets
You will maintain, analyse and track issues and risk management logs
Your work will be customer orientated
You will work with the manager to develop performance development and review plans
Your Desirable Criteria:
Ideal experience and qualities within-
Education in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience
Experience providing a range of property and logistics, facilities management or maintenance analytics and reporting to support performance measurement and operational improvement
Experience using a range of formats, tools and systems to present data, reports and commentary to user needs
Ability to use and interrogate a range of corporate systems including financial and SAP systems
Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description
