About the Opportunity
The Reporting & Business Analyst will play an integral role in interpreting legislative and business requirements and converting them into business actions and solutions. Working across the whole group and its subsidiaries, you will have the ability to shape standards.
We are seeking a self-starter who is eager to step into a new and exciting role within the Acquisitions Integration team, and work across strategy, operations and transformations. Ideally, you will have a keen interest in climate-related business considerations as you will support a program of work on fulfilling RACV’s climate-related disclosure requirements.

Supporting the delivery of any mandated reporting that arises, day to day responsibilities will include:
- Applying business analysis methodologies and frameworks to interpret business, accounting and legislative standards
- Facilitate and gather requirements to meet business obligations, in line with target focus area/project
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify impacts of change on current processes, procedures, technology and ways of working
- Develop presentations and reports based on the input received and insights developed
What you’ll need to be successful
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a professional field, working as a Business Analyst or Consultant supporting organisation-wide business projects
- Strong communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong planning, conceptual, analytical and insights skills
- Demonstrated time management and project management skills, ensuring high quality outputs within agreed timelines
- Ability to quickly adapt and adjust to fast changing project environment, scope and delivery
