Job Description:BGIS is a leading provider of integrated real estate management services, facilities management, and project delivery services. With a focus on sustainability and innovation, BGIS helps clients achieve their business goals through effective management of their properties and assets.Position Overview: BGIS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Reporting & Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently monitoring and reporting on the performance of BGIS and our subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and service level agreements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently monitor and report on the performance of BGIS and subcontractors under contractual terms.
  • Provide training to client users and BGIS team members on utilizing the BGIS Performance Centre reporting portal.
  • Ensure all reporting deadlines are met in line with service agreements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
  • Maintain accuracy of data within BMS systems and BGIS Performance Centre.
  • Manage DCJ Quote Approval Process.
  • Develop and maintain BGIS processes and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience: Knowledge / Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in subcontracts and/or facilities management industries, preferably in outsourcing services.
  • Strong background in contract administration, reporting, and database management.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and report on property/facility and financial information.
  • Experience in developing, analyzing, and reporting complex KPIs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and deal with people at varying levels within organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound technical knowledge of building services and construction.
  • Familiarity with QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.
Qualifications:
  • Formal tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Business, or similar discipline.

  • Ability to prioritize work within tight deadlines.
  • Confidence to make independent decisions and seek advice when needed.
