The Research Analyst supports the office leasing team through developing its market leading lease expiry database, preparing office market analysis and the development of bespoke leasing related data reports to fulfill client needs.
About The Role
- You will be the key person responsible for our market leading office lease expiry database.
- Conduct on-site visits to office assets, recording tenant occupancy and development observations.
- Annual walking schedule of key office markets and database updating.
- Utilize 3D Virtual Touring Software to craft compelling presentations showcasing market insights.
- Analyse and interpret property market trends, competitor dynamics, and market behaviours to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the national research team to produce insightful quarterly and yearly reports on the property market.
- Tailor reports to meet specific needs of different teams within the organisation.
About You
- Recent graduate, having studied a property related degree (potential opportunity for a final year student also, potentially working 4 days per week)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take direction and learn from experienced colleagues around you
- Comfortable with Microsoft suite and ability to pick up bespoke software systems
- Desire to forge a long term career within the commercial real estate industry
- No prior property or business experience necessary, all training will be provided.
