About the role...
Great opportunity to join our Microsoft Success team as a Microsoft Solutions Specialist. This role is a key support function within the sales organisation, working across the ANZ sales teams. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for Insight’s key customer renewals and enquiries regarding Microsoft Solutions. We are happy to have this role located in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Duties will include:
-Promote aligned Microsoft / Insight initiatives across sales teams and customers
-Build working relationship with top key Microsoft customers and build customer redundancy across sales teams
-Build working relationship with local Microsoft Teams
-Execute on win-back strategy
-Promote CSP strategy with both internal and external customers
-Involvement in customer bid opportunities where required
-Land and grow all Incentives opportunities
-Work with sales teams on larger Microsoft Agreement negotiations
-Work with Microsoft to drive customer funding activities
-Promote unified tools and proposals across sales teams to ensure consistent messaging to Insight customers.
To be suitable for this role you require…
-Extensive Microsoft Licensing and Microsoft Licensing programs knowledge, as well as core knowledge across Non-Microsoft vendors programs.
-Strong Customer Service Skills
-Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
-The ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, make decisions and resolve customer issues with minimum supervision
-Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
-Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
-Ability to organize, prioritise, and multitask while coordinating customer requirements
-Ability to demonstrate initiative
-Strong attention to detail
-High level of follow up and organisation skills
-The ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, make decisions and resolve issues with minimum supervision
