We are on the hunt for a Research & Insights Lead to play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of research initiatives across an Australian wide organization.
This role will report to the Director of Marketing and will encompass the requirements of a team leader and senior level researcher.

Location: Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne or Adelaide
Role responsibilities
- Support strategic decision-making by spearheading research projects to cater to the diverse needs of the commercial, editorial, and marketing divisions. Chi squared testing.
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders throughout the research lifecycle while overseeing project prioritisation and management of the research team.
- Proficiency in varied research methodologies, adept analytical capabilities and experience reporting and presenting actionable insights & results to stakeholders.
- Create quotes based on research requirements or RFQ.
- Project cost tracking & reporting including feasibility, pricing etc.
- Design & Script questionnaires into Qualtrics.
- Responsible for defining and delivering projects start to finish.
- Works with Panel Manager to ensure growth, development and best practice for our online communities/panels.
- Works with Researchers to manage & coordinate, develop analyses and reports for projects.
- Export, clean & code data into SPSS.
