Your new role
The purpose of the Research & Project Officer role is:
- Gather data and conduct analysis and research on workforce development and planning in the Northern Territory.
- Support relevant research and projects across the organisation.
- Represent the organisation at relevant conferences, events, committees, and industry forums.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary practices in workforce planning and project management.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of and experience with contemporary research and analysis, data visualisation and data management methods.
- Data mining experience.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills, and analytical and critical thinking.
- Acumen with search engines, web analytics and business research tools.
- Well-developed interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated the ability to interact positively and effectively with culturally diverse groups.
- Tertiary qualification in an associated discipline.
