Your new role
The purpose of the Research & Project Officer role is:
Gather data and conduct analysis and research on workforce development and planning in the Northern Territory.
Support relevant research and projects across the organisation.
Represent the organisation at relevant conferences, events, committees, and industry forums.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary practices in workforce planning and project management.
Demonstrated working knowledge of and experience with contemporary research and analysis, data visualisation and data management methods.
Data mining experience.
Strong written communication and presentation skills, and analytical and critical thinking.
Acumen with search engines, web analytics and business research tools.
Well-developed interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated the ability to interact positively and effectively with culturally diverse groups.
Tertiary qualification in an associated discipline.
