About us
The Miller Hotel North Sydney is a classic 168 room hotel within the EVT independent collection. We offer quality accommodation in Sydney, minus the bustle of the CBD. There are spaces for every personality and preference. With fluffy pillows and comfy beds, each room is filled with all the ingredients to make our guests stay comfortable and memorable.
The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:
- A strong background in Reservations and/or Front Office is preferred.
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure.
- A team player, with flair for sales.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Experience with Opera PMS will be highly regarded.
- Must be available to work any days Monday - Friday.
- Working knowledge of Hotel PMS (Opera), Microsoft Office.
- Maintain your self appearance in accordance with the hotel’s grooming standards.
- Acquire a full knowledge of the hotel’s service policies and procedures.
- Maintain superior levels of service to hotel guests.
- Adhere to all established cashiering policies and procedures.
- Give assistance to other departments when required and particularly Front Office.
- Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor / manager
