About the role:
Our Reservations Agent is the first point of call for our guests, providing exceptional customer service. They are responsible for dealing with all reservation enquires, conversions and guest bookings.
The Reservations Agent plays a vital role in the overall success of the front office department.
This role is on-site and available on a Full-Time basis. Monday to Friday role.
Experience required for this role:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4 or 5-star hotel
Experience in Opera PMS and third-party booking sites is required.
To succeed in this role you must have:
- Have an exceptional personal presentation
- Have a friendly and outgoing disposition
- Amazing attention to detail and experience in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to learn new information quickly
- Upsell and suggestive sell to enhance the guest's experience
- A self-starter with a “ can do” attitude
