Job Description
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest journey. You make our guests feel welcome from the first point of contact and reflect the exceptional experience that continues once they arrive.
Let's see some of your responsibilities in this role...

• Manage inbound calls and emails, providing accurate and in-depth assistance that exceeds guest’s expectations.
• Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone or email
• Converting phone enquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining accurate information in OPERA, including billing information.
• Enter rooming lists and update accurate information in the system
• High level attention to detail and experience in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently offering exceptional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure the best selection for the guest, whilst maximising revenue through up-selling
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests

Qualifications
What we are looking for in our next Reservations Sales Superhero...

• Guest focused personality is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Prior experience working with Opera or another property management system
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritise conflicting priorities
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility to support the Front Office team
• Full Australian working rights
