Job Description

Let's see some of your responsibilities in this role...
- Manage inbound calls and emails, providing accurate and in-depth assistance that exceeds guest’s expectations.
- Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone or email
- Converting phone enquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining accurate information in OPERA, including billing information.
- Enter rooming lists and update accurate information in the system
- High level attention to detail and experience in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently offering exceptional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure the best selection for the guest, whilst maximising revenue through up-selling
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
What we are looking for in our next Reservations Sales Superhero...
- Guest focused personality is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Prior experience working with Opera or another property management system
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise conflicting priorities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility to support the Front Office team
