The Residence Manager is required to lead and develop an effective, empowered and efficient team of staff within a designated residence to deliver high quality care and service to residents of BlueCross. This role is a senior management role within the Residential Business Unit at Box Hill. Reports

- Experience in aged care management, preferably in residential setting
- Demonstrated understanding of quality management systems
- Previous experience in the recruitment of staff, rostering and performance management
- Highly organized – demonstrates can manage own responsibilities and priorities and assist others to do the same.
