AddressRESIDER Real Estate, an award-winning agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team at our brand-new office in Mernda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling maintenance,
- Conduct routine inspections and open houses
- Negotiate and administer lease agreements and renewals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Requirements:
- Current Agents Representative Certificate
- Well-presented and corporately groomed
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

Hours are from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
