We are thrilled to announce a potential opening for the pivotal role of Club Manager at one of our premier clubs in the Armstrong Creek area. This role is not just a job; it's a career-defining opportunity to lead a dedicated team, drive the daily operations, and contribute to the growth of one of our most thriving Resident Clubs in the Geelong vicinity. This club consists of an expansive gym (newly fitted out), two pools, large function area, a multipurpose room, a meeting room, family room, cafe and events space.

Qualifications & experience
- Pool operations
- First Aid certificate
- Working with Children
- Police Check
- Pool rescue training
- Experience in a similar position/industry
Tasks & responsibilities
- responsible for overall residents club operation
- leading & managing a small team
- contractor & supplier management
- service and facility development & improvement
- maintain a clean and safe workplace
- initiate and run community events & activity programs
- risks and hazard management including meeting OH&S requirements
- ensure ongoing operation of all equipment and facilities
- Member engagement and inductions
- Policy development and maintenance
- Finance - budgeting and quote/invoice processing
- Communication - resident and key stakeholder engagement
- Committee meeting reporting and attendance
