New Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a Resident and Community Coordinator to join our team in Caulfield on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in ensuring that residents feel a part of a greater community by building engagement and connection through events and the online community platform.
The Property
Essence Communities Caulfield offers premium rental living experiences across 437 apartments within the one complex. Elevated living experiences are provided through 6-day onsite management, premium resident amenity areas, customer service focus and resident events & engagement program.
What you will offer
- You will draw on your property management background to deliver a resident experience that drives Caulfield as a market leader.
- Champion the Resident Community Engagement Plan, ensuring resident experience is maximised through an exciting community events schedule.
- Using your knowledge and experience, you will drive additional revenue through the property by developing and implementing an Ancillary Income plan in line with property demographic & local providers.
- You will have a proactive approach, actively obtain testimonials from guests to grow online presence and google reviews.
- It’s important that you’re a strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and foster long term relationships with our residents and team.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Valid National Police Check, or willing to obtain at your own cost
- Current Agents Representative Certificate lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria - desirable
