KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
What you will bring
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills including experience liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Willing to travel around 40km radius around the CBD region across several mecwacare facilities to provide admin support.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the office environment in the Aged Care Sector and/or Residential Services setting Formal qualifications relevant to the administrative field (e.g. Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent) Management, Health, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in Rostering, Leave and management.
- Ability to act as a mentor providing guidance to staff in relation to all aspects of administration, administration oversight and HR issues.
- Attention to detail, well developed prioritisation, and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Advanced administration skills including Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
- Current Victorian Driver’s License.
Desirable:
- Previous experience working in, or an understanding of, and sensitivity to, the issues relating to services for older people.
- Formal qualifications relevant to the administrative field (e.g. Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent) Management, Health, or related discipline.
