To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience and skills:
- Experience in a Property Management role, minimum of 1 year
- Current Property Management registration
- Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
- Experience using Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel & Outlook) and Property Tree preferable
- Good time management and organization al skills
- Ability to muilti-task and meet strict deadlines
- Conduct routine and open inspections
- Reliable car and a current drivers license
- The ability to manage a profile of 180+ properties
