Senior Residential Property Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our award-winning team. Fox Real Estate is a mid-size agency specialising in residential sales, property management, projects and commercial, based in North Adelaide.

The role

Running a prestige, city central and surrounding inner suburbs portfolio of approx. 140 properties.

You will be provided with the highest level of in-house office, systems and IT support and backed up by a dedicated trust account and offshore admin. team. You are also encouraged to generate and list new business and be rewarded well for it.

As the first point of contact for landlords and tenants of all properties within your portfolio, this position requires someone with the full skillset as you work and manage the portfolio from start to finish including:

·         Leasing and tenant selection

·         Day-to-day management, maintenance, arrears etc.

·         Routine inspections

About You

You are looking to work in a fast-paced environment, are knowledgeable and passionate about real estate, take pride in your appearance and the work you do, are proactive and act professionally at all times.

 Skills and Experience

·         The successful applicant will be well-presented with the following skills and attributes:

·         Hold a current SA Property Management licence

·         Knowledge of current SA Legislation and the ability to work in accordance with the SA Residential Tenancies Act

·         A minimum of 4 years in a property management role

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·         Current driver's licence

·         Demonstrate a high level of competence and skill in Property Me, Inspect Real Estate and Tenant Options
