The Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Development Manager to join their team for a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension based on performance. This role focuses on market development, leveraging your industry connections to open doors and drive growth for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Develop pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Deliver sales presentations to diverse prospective clients.
- Follow up on existing sales bids and leads.
- Review and manage the development program and brief.
- Oversee value management across all project stages.
- Proactively advance project progress.
- Manage relationships with relevant authorities and project stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Development Manager role.
- Passion for sales and marketing development.
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contract terms.
