YOUR ROLE
Your objective is to capture RESIDENTIAL [especially luxury] market share in NSW and develop a healthy surplus of pipeline, leading to a stream of successful sales and establishing yourself as the go-to Salesperson in the space.
You will be the pioneer of this pillar within the organization, presenting a fantastic opportunity for you to set the standard and create sales records. Furthermore, with their intentional and strategic approach to gaining market share and prominence in this space, they are future-focused in your career development and succession planning by way of future hires such as Account Managers to assist you in building out the luxury Residential pillar.
TO BE THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE, YOU WILL HAVE….
- Existing relationships and a contact/client list within the building industry
- Proven excellence in selling building materials in the residential market (highly desirable)
- Experience working on luxury residential projects highly desirable
- Prior, successful, sales team management and demonstrated leadership
- Outstanding communication ability in order to deal with a broad range of stakeholders including: C-suite, Procurement/Production Managers, Architects, Designers and more.
- History of successfully achieving targets and frequently/consistently exceeding targets
- Sound analytical & strategic prospecting/selling skills
