About the role
We welcome applications from seasoned administrative professionals to become part of our esteemed team at Kurrajong Lodge Horsham. We have 24-hour fortnightly positions available. Shifts run from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays only. The role of Reception/Administration Assistant entails handling daily administrative tasks with a keen emphasis on customer service. This requires a friendly and welcoming demeanor, along with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals within the residential aged care community.
Skills and experience
Essential:
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can work autonomously and as a member of the team
- High attention to detail
- Uses initiative to get results, has a “can do” attitude
- Has excellent time management skills
Desirable:
- Experience in the following information technology and programs: o
- My Aged Care
- iCare
- iPM
- AIMS software
- Previous experience in the Health Industry, Aged Care or Medical Clinic.
- Qualification in Business Administration
