  BenefitsTask & Responsibilities As Residential Care Officers, your duties will include: Providing support for people with disability living in group housing or government care institution Assessing client’s needs and assists in the planning for and accessing support options Assessing client’s needs and assists them to plan for and access education and training programs Assess the nature and extent of difficulties and report on the progress of clients Refer clients to agencies that can provide additional help Assess community need and resources for other services Liaising with community groups and the general community to promote awareness of the services and resources available at the facility Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe Reporting any issues or changes in the customer’s health and wellbeing through the appropriate channels and protocols Assisting in the preparation of submissions for funding and resources, and reports to government bodies and other agencies Qualification & Experience Essential Criteria Relevant associate degree, advanced diploma or diploma OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience may substitute for the formal qualifications At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role Current driver’s license  A NDIS workers screening check or be willing to obtain one Passionate about caring and committed to client well being Applicants must have excellent communication skills About Company Dynamic Support Services NDIS Registered Salary: $70000-100000 Job Publish: 15-02-2024 Job Expire: 16-03-2024 Please click to View more detail / apply .
