We're on the look out for a Residential Life Coordinator to join our team at UniLodge Melbourne City on a Full Time basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) is responsible for facilitating the coordination of the residence as a community under the guidance of the General Manager (GM) and the Residential Life Manager (RLM), with an emphasis on resident wellbeing and ensuring the delivery of the Residential Life Program (RLP). The RLC plays a key role as part of a broader Management team in promoting and advocating for residential wellbeing at the forefront of our business operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Residential Life Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life Program.
- Assist the RLM in the design, development, implementation and management of the Community Spirit Program.
- Provide exceptional service to all residents, staff, investors, visitors, suppliers, contractors and associated organisations.
- Establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders.
- Assist the GM and RLM in recruiting, training and management of the Residential Advisor team.
- You will be a presence within the living environment, offering leadership skills and experience that enriches Residential Life, with support of the RLP.
- Aid residents and staff members when problems arise and ensure that they are seen to.
- Assist in the delivery of induction programs for new residents.
- Valid Working Rights in Australia
- National Police Check
- Working with Children's Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
