OPPORTUNITY We’re seeking a passionate customer focused professional to join our team as a Residential Life & Customer Service Coordinator on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday roster). Previous experience in a community role supporting students or similar exposure to health and well-being will be beneficial to this role. The position is rewarding but requires focus and planning as you will need to perform a range of tasks including researching and developing evidence-based programs and policies and supporting a robust events and activities program. Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills, solid planning, and organisational skills and a “we care” attitude. Key responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to: Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience. Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing. Maintain effective liaisons with property services. Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed. Coordinating and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.). Assist the General Manager in the design, development, implementation and management of the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program ensuring a balanced variety of events. Assist the GM in recruiting, training, and management of the Residential Advisor team. Maintaining incident records, assisting the GM in providing associated reports.
