AddressWe invite you to apply to join our long established agency. We are looking for an experienced and Licensed Property Manager to join our team in our Joondanna office, just 10 minutes from the CBD.
Full time staff position, (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) ideally suited to an all-rounder with great customer service and a positive can-do attitude.
Our ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, have a fastidious eye for detail, have excellent communication skills, be punctual, thrive on being busy in a competitive environment and have great people management skills.
As Property Manager, you will have the autonomy of your own client portfolio and the support of good systems and an experienced team.
The ability to work independently as well as being part of a harmonious team is also of high importance.
Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of relationships and properties by providing a 5-star level of service & communication to our owners and tenants.
- Data Entry in Rest & FileSmart Software;
- Processing of Invoicing within the Portfolio;
- Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors;
- Property Inspections and Conducting Home Opens as required;
- Completing and updating Property Condition Reports as required;
- Coordinating & Completing Leases and Renewals;
- Organising maintenance work orders and obtaining quotes;
- End of Month Processing with the PM Team;
- Receipting and Filing as required;
- And other Property Management Duties as required
Candidates Require:
- Current Property Management Registration;
- Experience as a Property Manager with end of month experience essential;
- Current and Valid Australian Driver’s Licence is a must;
- Reliable Vehicle is essential;
- Approachable and proactive personality;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Positive disposition essential;
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills;
- Strong and Professional Communication Skills both written and verbal;
- An understanding of Western Australian property markets;
- Ability to communicate confidently and efficiently; and
- Proficient in computer software and MRI Rest Professional used in RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY management beneficial.
