Residential Property Manager

Full-time permanent position as a Residential Property Manager in a well-established real estate firm located in Perth's CBD. Ideal for experienced Residential Property Manager interested in growing their career. 

• Residential Property Manager experience required  
• Salary guide $70,000 - $80,000pa + super   
• Perth CBD  

A normal day will include   

• The overall management of residential properties 
• Working independently and as part of our team
• Portfolio management 
• Building and maintaining relationships, providing a high level of customer service to your clients 
• Liaising with property owners & trades contractors- repairs & maintenance 
• Liaising with tenants - inspections, property condition reports, leases

You will need   

• Minimum 2+ years experience in Property Management
• Current Property Management Licence
• Commercial Property Management experience (preferred but not essential)
• Essential working knowledge of Property Tree and/or other related systems
• Excellent Communication / Interpersonal / Organisational Skills 
• Current and valid Australian Drivers Licence
