What's the role
Reporting to the National Residential Builders Manager, we have an immediate opportunity to join our Home and Distribution business in Malaga, WA as the state representative for the home building & built environment mid-market segments.
The primary focus is the acquisition of new builder customers, developers & tier 2 electrical contractors increasing our opportunity size through the prioritisation of profitable sales growth via market insights, and to offer mix and drive efficiency and consistency through commercial & state alignment.
Some specific day to day activities will include;
- Maintain and acquire new accounts in the Residential Builder & Developer Market maximising the specification of Schneider Electric and Clipsal by Schneider Electric products
- Increase specification via our Clipsal Design Service software
- Drive brand awareness and preference
- Drive profitable growth of our residential builder customer base & results driven focus on sales pull through via continuous evolution and enhancement of the residential program
- Drive sales process discipline and contractual alignment
- Coach and advise on sales motions/strategies for up-sell and co-sell driving digital transformation at our existing and new customers

- Ability to drive performance excellence within a highly competitive market
- Solid understanding of building services & construction industry
- Excellent communications, presentation, documentation and electronic media skills
