About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Residential Property Manager to join our company in our Canberra office.
You will be responsible for helping grow the portfolio as well as, all the day to day management of our current owners and tenants needs, which includes:
- Onboarding new clients
- Leasing
- Lease Sign ups
- Actioning repairs and maintenance requests
- Building relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Conducting routine inspections
- Managing arrears
About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, and it is an essential requirement of the role that you can confidently conduct business transactions in both written and verbal forms of communication.
Additionally, you will have:
- A current ACT Real Estate Salesperson/Property Manager Registration
- Great customer service skills
- Experience with Accounts and Invoicing
- Organisation Skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable
- High skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Web-based CRM systems – (experience using the Property Tree would be highly regarded).
- A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
