Location: Old Bar, NSW 2430
We're expanding our Property Management Department and on the hunt for a vibrant Property Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, working five days per week on the stunning NSW Mid North Coast.
We are seeking someone with exceptional telephone etiquette, a polished appearance and self-confidence, accompanied by adequate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365 programs. A NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence are essential or the willingness to obtain.
Key Responsibilities:The Property Officer plays a crucial role assisting the Property Managers to effectively lease and manage the properties under our care. We consider the selection of the right person for this position to be of utmost importance.
Working alongside our Property Managers to support with the management of residential properties, your duties will be predominantly focused on tenant management, including:
- Take and address all tenant enquiries.
- Undertake ingoing and routine inspections.
- Coordinate all repairs and maintenance.
- Get available rentals live/advertised.
- Undertake property showings and all tasks associated with leasing rentals.
- Assist with Notices, Admin and tenant correspondence.
