We are looking for Facilities Coordinators to join a collaborative and high performing team on the CBRE – ISPT client account across greater Sydney. You will support the Facilities Management team of a premium Commercial Office building in the heart of Canberra.
As the Facilities Coordinator you will provide a high-level support to the Facilities Management team responsible for the facility management services for several property assets
About the role:
- Assisting the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations of the property assets
- Co-coordinating planned and preventative works including site attendance and meetings
- Carrying out site inspections and reporting functions
- Co-ordination of purchase order and invoice processing
- Ensure tenant satisfaction through enabling the efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all services
- Maintaining and updating asset registers, supporting documentation and equipment
- Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with our client
- Previous experience in a facilities, property, or related role
- Sound working knowledge all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural.
- Contractor management experience within a commercial building environment highly advantageous
- Excellent customer service and service delivery skills
- Ability to manage several functions and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
