SalaryCurrently our Director is looking at growing their already established sales team, someone who has a track record of listing and selling Residential Real Estate around the CBD / Eastern suburbs of NSW.
This business is a premium agency, selling 1M+ high end properties, solid database, has been established for years, with a good market name, supportive and energetic team and boutique marketing.
The ideal candidate will have experience being the lead agent in sales, listing & selling residential properties, understand the day to day operations of a real state office & have an established date base & client list.
Salary/Pay: Base/Retainer $65K - $75K + generous commission structure on Sales (Selling both off the plan with existing database and/or established properties also) + profit share in business.
Working with a genuine, friendly and supportive Managing Director who is there to help and grow your career in Real Estate Sales.
Responsibilities
- Nurture client relationships and be an active part of the local community
- Prospecting for new business and listing's
- Office & admin support
- Achieve sales and settlements targets
Requirement's
- Have a Real Estate Sales Rep License
- Real Estate Sales Experience (proven track record looking for that next step)
