We are on the hunt for Commercial Sales and Leasing superstars that are ready to be taken seriously!With ideally 2+years experience operating in a similar role, you will be comfortable hitting the ground running, growing your portfolio and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

- Valid NSW Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- Current Certificate of Registration or Licence
The general gist of the role:
- Client relationship building and management
- Account management of existing database
- Growing your targeted portfolio
- Listing commercial, retail and industrial property for sale and/or lease
- Negotiation with vendors/buyers and lessors/lessees
- Conducting inspections with prospective clients
- Preparing and presenting sales submissions and property appraisals
- Preparing and implementing property marketing campaigns
- Networking and attending industry events
- Preparing agency agreements and associated documentation
- Prospecting and direct marketing
