We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive to join our industry leading team. With a proven track record in the Commercial space, you will be a motivated self-starter, have a drive to succeed, great attitude & professional aspirations.
In this role you are responsible for all sales aspects and associated leasing, including actively prospecting, appraisal and listing of Commercial, Industrial and Retail property. You enjoy creating individual marketing plans suitable for each property and vendor, and manage listings through to settlement. You enjoy the support structure and processes of our office and you are inspired & enthusiastic to achieve great results.
With strong market knowledge and professionalism to deliver client service of the highest quality your ability to maintain and develop strong relationships is one of your personality strengths.
You are rewarded with an attractive base + commission package, with on target earnings round $200kpa. This is your opportunity to tap into an established Commercial business with existing clients, leads and opportunities – building your career immediately.
