We are a top-rated real estate agency operating in Concord West and we are looking for someone who will help us continue a 5 star service to clients. You will be a part of a high-performing, dynamic team that works extremely well together. This is a full time position Monday to Friday.

About the role:

Organisational skills:
As the right-hand to our leading real estate agent, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping operations running seamlessly. From managing appointments to coordinating property showings, your organisational prowess will shine.

Dive into Real Estate Excellence
Immerse yourself in the world of property transactions and client relationships. Gain invaluable insights into the intricacies of the real estate market, enhancing your skill set and opening doors to a rewarding career path.

Master Scheduler
Handle calendars like a pro, ensuring appointments, meetings, and showings are perfectly timed and flawlessly organised.

Savvy Communicator
Correspond with clients, partners, and colleagues via email, phone, and in-person, delivering a polished and professional image on behalf of our agent.

Transaction Support:
 Assist in the preparation of contracts, documents, and paperwork necessary for property transactions, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Admin Extraordinaire
Manage administrative tasks with precision, from filing paperwork to maintaining digital databases, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

 

About You:

Prior Experience
Proven track record in an administrative or executive support role, ideally within the real estate or related industry.

Tech-Savvy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and digital communication tools.

Organisational Wizardry:
Impeccable organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

Professional Poise
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse individuals in a polished and courteous manner.

Must have own reliable car and a current driver’s license.

Being able to keep things confidential.

Be well presented, efficient, organised and dependable.

Skills required:

Great communicator (In person, phone and emails).

A Confident & safe driver.

Ability to use initiative and have great attention to detail.

A professional and pleasant phone manners.
