Savvy Communicator:
Correspond with clients, partners, and colleagues via email, phone, and in-person, delivering a polished and professional image on behalf of our agent.
Transaction Support:
Assist in the preparation of contracts, documents, and paperwork necessary for property transactions, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Admin Extraordinaire:
Manage administrative tasks with precision, from filing paperwork to maintaining digital databases, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
About You:
Prior Experience:
Proven track record in an administrative or executive support role, ideally within the real estate or related industry.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and digital communication tools.
Organisational Wizardry:
Impeccable organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
Professional Poise:
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse individuals in a polished and courteous manner.
Must have own reliable car and a current driver’s license.
Being able to keep things confidential.
Be well presented, efficient, organised and dependable.
Skills required:
