Role Requirements
- Experience as a senior manager, with at least 3 years experience within Aged Care
- AHPRA registration from an RN background
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
- High level leadership capabilities of clinical teams
